Officer
Jason Crockett spent his younger years in Northern California before moving with
his family to Alaska in 1985. He graduated from Glacier View High School in
1988. Following graduation, Officer Crockett attended Puget Sound Christian
College and Arizona College of the Bible where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with
a B.A. degree in General Biblical Studies. While in college Officer Crockett
competed on the college basketball team and was a two-time Academic All-American
selection. After graduation Officer Crockett worked as a Youth Pastor in
Anchorage for 5 years before beginning his law enforcement career with the Homer
Police Department. Officer Crockett graduated from the Anchorage Police
Department Academy in 2002. He worked for the Homer Police Department and
Anchorage Police Department before joining Palmer Police Department in 2005.
Officer Crockett is a certified D.A.R.E. Instructor and School Resource
Officer.
